integrated fundraising across fundraising channels
Our Mission
"Call for justice. Express compassion. Do good."
JOE & STEVE
Partners Joe and Steve are two of North America's most experienced direct marketing fundraising experts. We each founded and ran our own successful tele-fundraising companies in the U.S. and Canada. After more than 25 years in the industry we met and discovered we had much in common: a passion for making a difference, for righting wrongs, for social justice – and for spending more time helping clients and less time running large companies.
Today, working out of both U.S. and Canadian locations, we consult with primarily medium to large charities in the U.S., Canada and Europe whose missions we love, and who want our strategic skills, creativity, resource network, program management and buying power. We also represent agencies & businesses seeking to build relationships with non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Canada.

SOME OF MY PAST EXPERIENCE
Senior VP & Strategist,
Share
The Progressive Group navigated several mergers & acquisitions and became widely known as The Share Group. Now known as PDR II (doing business as SHARE) – it continues as a leading agency for non-profit organizations and a close working partner with left bank.
President & CEO
The Progressive Group, Inc.
I founded The Progressive Group, Inc. in 1986 with direct mail guru, Mal Warwick www.malwarwick.com. Over a period of 20 years we raised a lot of money and enjoyed a well-earned reputation as one of America’s most successful progressive telefundraising agencies with a large, loyal and respectable clientele.
Steven D. Hubley - Managing Partner
I cut my teeth in fundraising back in the late 70’s when it was called “a telethon” not “DRTV”, when direct mail letters were typed on an “IBM Selectric” and there was no such thing as “email”. Still motivated with a pioneering, entrepreneurial spirit, I am proud to be a seasoned, ethical fundraising professional dedicated to helping growth-oriented charities find financial resources they need to change the world. I have served charities small and large in the humanitarian, humane, health, faith-based and advocacy verticals. I love creating innovative, new ideas and re-inventing new applications for proven strategies.
Specialties include: Fundraising strategies, innovative solutions and persuasive messaging and creative. Integrated phone-mail-online campaigns.
